To Germany

Every order will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after we received your payment, not including products where a longer delivery period is mentioned in the product description.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, not including holidays, pending payment authorization or verification.

If you need a faster delivery, please choose “Express” during the payment process.

All products will be shipped directly from Germany with DHL. Please note that we are not able to ship to postbox addresses.

To other EU countries and worldwide

Shipping to other European countries and worldwide is possible. Send us a message and we will organise the shipping individually and give you the costs.

RETURNS

STUDIO MORGER will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order to:

Please include a copy of your invoice. We refund only unworn and undamaged products. If this is not the case with a product, it will not be refunded. The goods must be in original condition containing box, dust bag and labels.
To avoid marks in the leather, please do not place the bag on the straps/chains
or on other hard objects.

Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses. We recommend that you send your return as an insured parcel including tracking number and keep the corresponding receipt including all shipment information until after the return has been completed.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method. After we have received the product back, refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.
